Shipping: We ship internationally to most of the major cities in the world, using either a standard UK carrier (Royal Mail) or special couriers like UPS, DHL or FedEx. Depending on geography and timing, we try to choose the best value for a timely delivery. However the list of countries is not comprehensive so please check if your country is in the list during the checkout. On rare occasions we can make exceptions, but please contact us directly by email with the interested item if your country is not listed in the checkout (sales@luxyvint.com).

Terms of Sale: Please review all pictures and information provided carefully before purchasing. We do our best to provide all relevant descriptions/disclosures as accurately as possible. All measurements are close to the available instrument (rulers, ring sizer, etc) which is to the millimeter or 10th of a carat or whatever unit measured by the relevant tool. We cannot provide nano laser accuracy to the 100th of the unit (and neither do most other sellers).
Condition: Most stocked items are quality pre-owned. Sometimes items are in new condition, which would be specified in the listing. We do our best to photograph and describe items with relevant measurements. Conditions are disclosed accurately, if we see a flaw, it is described/disclosed in text and shown in a photograph, usually close up. However do understand that if there is a missed flaw the item can be refunded only when the flaw is easily detectable by the human eye, unless it is major then it is not a viable reason for a refund or discount. None of the pre-owned jewellery is perfect microscopically. Some items look almost like new, while others could be dated, especially vintage jewellery. Vintage jewellery that looks NEW is rarely something we prefer to sell because it is probably modified and loses it's historic touch. All items are sold as is.
Authenticity: All items are checked for authenticity, we only deal with genuine product. All items are inspected and researched to ensure authenticity especially for high end and designer jewellery. All gold/rare metals items and diamonds are tested to validate carat and weight. So far there has never been an issue however if there ever is a rare occasion that a part (perhaps a stone) is not authentic, then with certified proof from a well established jeweler the item can be refunded, however items are checked on our side by professionals before sale too.
Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is not damaged, modified and in it's exact state before it was sold, with the exact same containers/boxes that it shipped with. Buyers cover the return postage costs. Any modification post purchase is easily detected as we validate every part of the item and log all the details about each part. Fraudulent returns will be opposed. We are happy to refund items within 14 days of purchase even if you change your mind and the conditions in this paragraph are met (no returns after any modifications or damage) . We have a strong reputation by being honest and fair. If there are any issues with the item, please contact us.
Fraud: We are very vigilant of fraud. Please do not email asking for Paypal or to send items as gifts for friends/missionaries living abroad. All items will be posted directly to the registered card or Paypal address customers address, third party addresses are not accepted.
